Instructions for configuring Zoiper on iPhone.

  • Click the the blue and white App Store icon, normally found on your home screen.

  • Search for Zoiper Lite in the app store and click the blue and white cloud icon to download.

  • Once the download is complete, click the Open button to open the application.

  • Click OK to allow zoiper access to your microphone.

  • Click OK to allow zoiper to access your camera.

  • Click OK to allow zoiper to access your contacts.

  • Click the cog labelled settings at the bottom right of the screen.

  • Click Accounts at the top.

  • Click the + at the top right to add a new account.

  • Click Yes, you already have an account.

  • Click Manual Configuration.

  • Choose SIP Account.

  • Enter a meaningful account name, this is not important, it is used to describe the account. you will also need to enter the domain, username and password from your information sheet.

  • Scroll down to Advanced settings and enable "Use Outbound Proxy", then enter the outbound proxy address as per your information sheet

  • Scroll down to NAT Settings and ensure that "Enable STUN" is enabled by default.

  • Click Save at the top right and you should see after a few seconds "Registration Status: OK".

  • Click accounts to go back to the accounts list screen, you should see your newly created account with a green tick. Click the Settings at the top left to go back to settings.

  • Click the dialpad icon at bottom left to go back to the main dialer screen.

  • Congratulations, your VOIP account is now setup on Zoiper.
