Instructions for configuring Grandstream Wave on Android Phone.

Click the Play Store icon to enter the play store

Search for Grandstream Wave, click the green Install button

Once installation is finished click Open

Click Allow to give GS Wave access to your contacts

Click Allow to give GS Wave permission to make and manage calls

Click Allow to give GS Wave permission to access the camera for video calls

Click Allow to give GS Wave access to files on your device

Click Allow to give GS Wave permission to record audio

You need to give GS Wave permission to draw over other apps to enable incoming call popup, click Go to Settings

Click the Toggle to allow GS Wave to "Draw over other apps", then click the back arrow

Click the settings cog at the bottom right of the screen

Click Account settings to add your account

Click the + icon at the top right to add your account

Click SIP account as the account type

Click Account Name and set a meaningful account name, enter the SIP server from your information sheet, and your extension number under SIP user ID, and also enter your password, once complete, click the Tick at the top right

You will see the account name with a red circle indicating connection failed, you need to click on the account to open the account settings

Scroll down to network settings and enter the outbound proxy from your information sheet and change NAT Traversal from Keep-Alive to STUN, then click the back arrow

After a short time, you should see the red light turn green, congratulations your extension is now configured for use.
